Innerjoy Holistics is a holistic wellness company that focuses on helping to guide clients to wellness through various methods of spiritual and energetic healing practices as well as education and guidance about the herbal world. There is an acknowledgement that the human body has an innate ability to seek wellness, balance and homeostasis when functioning in alignment. However in these modern times that glamorize stress and unhealthy levels of work and effort, we prevent our bodies from being able to do this. Through the various energetic and spiritual practices, the goal is to help clients find that connection to spiritual and energetic alignment so that they can then start that journey back to wellness.
